How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are available for Ascent core products (this excludes limited time flavors or products). To create a subscription, select “Subscribe & Save” instead of “One Time Purchase” when adding Ascent to your cart. Subscriptions will renew at you

No, you can select “One Time Purchase” when adding Ascent to your cart.

How do I change the flavor in my subscription?

Step 1: Log into your account, and go to "Manage my subscriptions". Step 2: Select the subscription you would like to manage. Step 3: Select ‘Swap this for a different product’ at the bottom of the page. Step 4: Select your flavor, desired quantity,

I can’t log into my account to access my subscription.

Can I modify the frequency of my subscription?

Yes, you can modify the frequency with which your subscription renews by logging into your account and clicking “Manage this subscription” under the product name. Scroll down and enter your desired frequency.” Select “Save Changes”.
