Is it micronized? What is micronized creatine?Updated 18 days ago
Micronized creatine refers to creatine that has been processed into smaller particles. This process, known as milling, heats and breaks down the creatine. However, the creatine monohydrate from Creapure, while not micronized, has been shown to have a particle size comparable to, or even smaller than, micronized creatine. Importantly, micronizing can sometimes produce higher creatinine levels, a byproduct and critical quality indicator of creatine. Also, it's worth noting that there's no evidence to suggest that micronized creatine is more bioavailable or beneficial compared to regular creatine monohydrate with normal-sized particles.
